NOVUSENS Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute has performed an innovation event on “BIG DATA” under scheme of “DATA INNOVATION” at Hacettepe Technopolis on 28th of September 2013, Saturday. The experts of “BIG DATA” from the leading technology companies such as Oracle, IBM, EMC, Argedor and Microsoft contributed to the event by delivering very unique speeches as the speakers where Microsoft was the main sponsor. The event included the concepts and discussions on the meaning of “BIG DATA”, the comparison of it with other similar concepts, the architecture of it, the local and global best practice applications, industry specific solutions where the participants were from government, private industry and universities.
NOVUSENS launched “BIG DATA Institute” during the event. Berrin Benli, the Co-Founder of NOVUSENS, stated that the vision of the “BIG DATA Institute” is to contribute strengthening the position of Turkey in “DATA INNOVATION” and transforming to one of the subject leading countries.
